Silanizing is a surface treatment which eliminates adsorption of active compounds at the glass interface.

This is useful when low levels of compounds contained within glassware need to be accurately sampled and analyzed.

We send our finished glassware to these folks for this treatment. The image below shows the results; pretty as well as functional.
