Uncleaned Glassware
This expensive glassware was brought in for repair with assurances that it had been cleaned.
Clearly, that was not the case. Residual silicon oil in the jacket has been baked into the glass,
damaging the glassware and the liner of our oven,
not to mention producing noxious, dangerous fumes.
