The NW50 glass flange and seal set provide open access to the chamber, and is easily sealed with the knuckle clamp. The input-output of the saline electrophoresis buffer is accomplished with simple hose barbs, and the two GL14 threaded ports sealed radially will be used for the platinum electrodes.
