Jacketed Perfusion Cell
A university researcher is interested in experiments using perfusion dishes that sandwich together and can be cooled as the sample is microwaved. The sample, a small chunk of meat, is captured in the shallow center cavity. Shown here is the cell assembled using rubberbands. It is also shown here disassembled.
